At Dunsten Jewelry, your happiness is our priority. We take pride in offering high-quality gemstones and jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. We ask that once you receive your return label, you drop off your package within 7 days so we can get things moving for you as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Fee

A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label. Everything else? We've got it handled.😊

Item Condition Requirements

To ensure a smooth return, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn & unaltered — Items must show no signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Original packaging — Please include all original boxes, pouches, and materials
  • Certificates & documentation — Original GRA certificates must be included
  • Please note: Moissanite items returned without their original GRA certificate will be subject to a $25 lost certificate fee.

Free Gifts & Bundled Items

If your order included a free gift, that item must be returned along with your purchase. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple! Just email us at service@dunstenjewelry.com with your order number, and we'll send you a return label along with easy step-by-step instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Items That Don't Meet Return Requirements

If a returned item does not meet the conditions listed above, we won't be able to process the return or exchange. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the non-qualifying item will be sent back to you, so we encourage you to review the requirements before shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you'd like an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that a $15 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.
